A Field Trip to the Pumpkin Patch

This week our class went to the pumpkin patch for a field trip.  It was a good thing we went in the afternoon, because the weather in the morning wasn't very nice.  Even by the time we arrived, it was too wet to walk through the corn maze (bummer!).  Mommy rode the bus with me, so I was excited!

We took a hay rack ride around the field where pumpkins were growing and saw many shapes and sizes of pumpkins.  The farmer even picked one out for us to take back to the classroom.  We also got to see the pigs and the fish in the pond and play on the playset.

Before we left, we each got to pick out two pumpkins - one medium size and one small size.  The medium size pumpkin we took back to school to decorate and the small size pumpkin we got to take home.

Can you find me? Hint: I am wearing an orange shirt in the back row.
