She is still our little peanut. She hasn't really grown much in the last 6 months, but the dr. wasn't concerned with her growth. At 18 months:
- Height: 30 1/2" (25%)
- Weight: 21.2 lbs (10%)
- Head: 47.5 cm (75%)
- She is a very independent young lady, always letting you know (in her own less than lady-like way) when she has it handled or if you are doing something not her way.
- She likes to hang with the "big boys", a.k.a. Big Brother, Cousin Luke and Cousin David.
- She, like her brother, has an excellent memory and doesn't miss much. She remembers where everything belongs.
- But, just because she remembers where everything belongs doesn't mean it ends up there...she has a knack for being "destructive" or "Godzilla".
- She still wears 12 and 18 months clothes and size 3 diapers. She is really getting good use out of cousin Maddi's clothes, as she stays in the same size longer and longer!
- She is still getting teeth. Some of them are stubborn. This isn't a good topic in our house.
- Her left eye still gunks up and gets infected when she gets a cold. The dr. says it is because her tear duct is still too narrow. If the infection/inflammation occur again, we will likely have to go visit the opthamologist again. Once again, not a good topic in our house.
- She is a very active little girl. She moves very. very. fast. And if you can't find her, when you do find her, she is usually caught red handed. Since we have moved into the new house, she has an obsession with our toothbrushes. Some days we are luckier than others and she chooses to "brush" her teeth as she is eating a graham cracker-yummy!
- She says "cracker", "shoes", "thank you", "no, no, no", "dada", "mama" and some other gibberish too - she likes to sing along to the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse theme song, as well as any other song.
- She LOVES to cuddle and snuggle - which we all love very much!
