Holes

Hole #1: This hole was used to determine if we could tear down the wall to make the hallway wider. Daddy and Pa Pete said that this wall would be patched back up and not torn down. Something about it being a support wall for the bathroom directly above.

Hole #2: This hole will eventually be a bigger hole! It will be opened up, the floor will all be one level and the area will be our kitchen with an island (hard to imagine now, I know, but keep watching for progress).

Hole #3: My favorite hole these days...the BIG hole! I will be sad when the hole is no longer a big hole and the backhoe is gone. This hole (the addition) will eventually be mommy and daddy's bedroom, bathroom and closet. And actually, as of today, the forms have been removed and some of the dirt has been backfilled in around the walls.

Holes, holes, holes...these days we have a few holes at the new house! And when you are dealing with this many holes, you need to be in the proper gear and have the proper tools - yellow construction hat, green frog boots, a hammer and a saw.
