Three years ago today I gave birth to one firecracker of a little girl.
She's sassy and independent, knows exactly what she wants and voices her opinion loudly until she knows you have heard her.
She cuddles occasionally. On her own terms.
She is creative, loves dressing up and playing with her dolls and princesses.
She is quite the conversationalist, once again on her own terms. You never know what new phrase or word will come out next.
She wears her tutu and dresses daily, picks out her own shoes, she is quite the stylist and fashionista.
She mimics her mama and everyone else; always wanting to be in the thick of what everyone else is doing, "wait for me!" is often shouted from her mouth.
Long, curly blond hair always winds up in her mouth too.
Still a little peanut, but has sprouted up a few inches recently, catching up with her shoe size.
Sleeps in a big girl bed all night, but in the morning asks shouts for her mommy to get her out of bed.
And don't ask her if she wants to use the potty or wear big girl underwear...the answer will be a very emphatic "No!"
