G Turns 3!

Today the G-man turns 3!! Mommy is posting today to say a little bit about her little man. Although his dr. appt. isn't until later this week, she is guessing that he will weigh in around 40 lbs and is 3.5 ft. tall - not so much of a little man anymore! **UPDATE: Mommy wasn't too far off with her predictions - G weighs 38.8 lbs and is 40 inches tall - in the 95th percentile for both.**

Grady, at 3 years old you:

*Still have your favorites - Mickey Mouse, Handy Manny, Thomas and sometimes Elmo.

*Have been working on your shapes, colors, numbers and some letters. Most days you can say what is what, but then again, it depends on the day and your mood.

*Can recognize your name and the first letter of your name.

*Are potty trained, except for #2 - and most naps and mornings you wake up with a dry Pull-up. **UPDATE** G learned at his dr. appt. that there is a rule that when you are 3, you can't poop in your diaper/Pull-up anymore...well, that did the trick.**

*LOVE to help cook and clean.

*Have a memory that doesn't forget much (really anything).

*Enjoy puzzles, Legos, tractors, trucks and Play-doh (really anything you can take apart and put back together again and again).

*Are fairly agreeable, but do throw your fair share of fits.

*Are a GREAT big brother to Em - you are very protective of her and right now provide her with much entertainment (we will see how much that changes in the coming months as she gets more and more mobile).

*Ask for "help please" on more and more things, instead of getting upset.

*Spend most days with Nanny & Papa and can't wait for mama and daddy to go to work so you can go to Nanny & Papa's house.
