As mommy mentioned previously, I have been planning my 5 year old birthday party since last February. Mommy somehow forgot my plans and actually asked me a couple of months ago what kind of party I wanted...duh mommy!
It was a pretty cool party. I helped mommy with a few of the decorations and I loved them all. I think I may even hang one of the banners in my room. Most of my cousins were there and I had so much fun with them. Some highlights from the party:
-The Goodies! Each of the kids got a to-go box (treat box) and a personalized ninja headband (even daddy got a ninja headband!).
-The Pinata! After going to cousin Brock's party a couple of weeks ago, I requested a pinata for my party. I guess it was kind of hard to find a pinata like I wanted...so mommy went the homemade route...starting with a brown paper bag and a hanger and covering it with black crepe paper. It actually lasted through several rounds of hits before breaking open.
-The cake! Aunt Janet outdid herself this time. I gave her several pictures of the ship I wanted and she made it a reality - it was AWESOME!
